Three months ago I noticed I was winded just walking up a flight of stairs.  I was struggling to keep up with my two year old and felt fatigued all the time.  I weighed five pounds less than I did when I was nine months pregnant.  Briana changed all of that.  Briana showed me how to make better food choices and encouraged me to keep a food journal.  She developed workouts that increased my strength, flexibility, and balance.  Briana is an energetic and motivating trainer who tailored my program to fit my needs and abilities.  Eight weeks later, I dropped a jeans size and lost two and a half inches from my waist.  I also noticed that my mood has improved.  Now I can keep up with my son and I am much more energetic. In the beginning I was thinking in the short term: fitting into my jeans, losing 20 pounds.  Now I have shifted my focus to life-long fitness. Briana has taught me skills that I can use for life. Next month I will be running a 5K, something I haven’t done since high school.  Briana made all the difference.
