"I have always been a person that worked out. I would go to the gym and do same thing every day. Lift for 20 minutes and then jump on the stepper or go for a quick run. My body was slowly turning into the dreaded Dad’s body despite working out 5 times a week! Raising a family of 3 and running my own business there was only so much time to fit in a workout. One day Briana said why don’t you train with me you do the same thing every day. I took her up on the offer four years ago and what transformed was a new Dad’s body that is close to my college football weight and waistline that I had 30 years ago. I can even see my six pack abs!
